1. When will my order be shipped?
A: Once an order is successfully received it will be fulfilled and sent out in about 2-7 business days. Typically orders are shipped in 3-7 business days after fulfillment. (Estimated shipment may vary based on shipping method and location).
2. How will I know if my order has been shipped?
A: You will receive another email when the order has been sent out, along with the tracking number (Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to be updated after the order is shipped).
3. Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
A: We only accept returns for *manufacturing defects only. Our policy lasts up to 7 days after you receive your purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for items that do not fall under the guidelines above. Please refer to the size chart before placing an order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Visit our return policy page for more information.
4. Can I modify or cancel an order that is already submitted?
A: Yes. You can before the status of the order is changed to, “being fulfilled.” Once the order is being fulfilled, no changes can be made. Please contact email@example.com right away so we can help solve the issue as soon as possible!
5. How do I apply a coupon or promotion to my order?
A: You can apply our promotional discounted code during checkout.
6. Can I collaborate my brand with Amandla Apparel?
A: Coming soon. Fashion designers will be able to sale their own works in our store! We will keep you posted on further details in the future.
7. Do you have a storefront?
A: No. All sales are made online.
