1. When will my order be shipped?
A: Once an order is successfully received it will be produced and sent out in about 2-7 business days. Orders are delivered in about 3-10 business days after fulfillment.
DUE TO COVID-19 PLEASE ALLOW 6-12 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP.

2. How will I know if my order has been shipped?
A: You will receive another email when the order has been sent out, along with the tracking number (Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to be updated after the order is shipped. In some cases, there may be a slight delay in tracking information results and may take up to 3-5 business days for it to appear in the system).
3. Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
A: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! However, Amandla Apparel accepts returns for *manufacturing defects, incorrect sizing from what was ordered or packages lost in transit. We DO NOT offer exchanges or refunds for items that do not fall under the guidelines above. Visit our return policy page for more information.
4. Can I modify or cancel an order that is already submitted?
A: Yes. You can before the status of the order is changed to, “being fulfilled.” Once the order is being fulfilled, no changes can be made. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org right away so we can help solve the issue as soon as possible!
5. How do I apply a coupon or promotion to my order?
A: You can apply our promotional discounted code during checkout.
6. Can I collaborate my brand or organization with Amandla Apparel?
A: Yes you can! Please shoot us an email with information in regards to sizes, colors, and quantity. Let's work!
7. Do you have a storefront?
A: No. We are an online e-commerce store. We plan to have a storefront in the near future.
